Can i still refund if i choose the financing option?
We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 nights, as it takes some time to adjust. If you’re still unsatisfied, call 8863 3016 to speak with one of our specialists and initiate the return process which will be completed within 24 hours.
Do I still have the 120 trial period with financing?
Of course! Whether you choose to finance or not, you can still rest easy knowing you have a 120-night trial. If you do choose to return, you’ll be refunded for the payments you’ve made!

How does insured delivery work?
Our delivery insurance is a policy that you purchase during the checkout process. It provides protection over damaged, or stolen goods. If a shipped item doesn’t reach its intended destination, or if it’s lost, damaged, or stolen during the delivery process, our delivery insurance policy will replace your product for free.
Does snow mattress come with night trial?
Yes. Our mattress comes with 120 nights trial, one of the longest in the mattress industry! We want to make sure that you get the best sleep you can without worrying if it’s right for you!

Is there a minimum night for trial?
The minimum trial period for mattresses are 30 nights. The reason is because we recommend to give your body at least 30 nights to adjust to your new mattress as early adjustment periods are needed for all mattresses.

What's so special about snow mattress?
The snow mattress was designed to be the coldest mattress ever sold in Singapore.
Thanks to the humid and warm weather, our sleep is very easily compromised, thus affecting the quality of our daily lives and we’re on a mission to bring quality sleep back to your room!
The issue with ‘cold’ mattress are that they might seem cold at first, however because they don’t have a good circulation system. As a result, they get very hot, very quickly throughout the night, which isn’t something that you realize in a showroom.
What is snow latex layer?
The Snow Layer is it’s first in the world.
A cold night’s sleep is achieved by using mini latex pallets housed within a latex layer container. (Think bean bags, but with more support.)
This allows air to move between the pallets to circulate around the mattress layers, giving you a cooling sleep throughout the night.
The pallets also move around the accommodate to your body shape, regardless if you’re a side, front or back sleeper. Truly a industry breakthrough.
What's so special about blended sheets?
During the process of manufacturing, the Tencel fabrics are blended with water to create the smoothest consistency possible, making this a unique process for snow slumber’s bedsheets.
The Tencels are then dried and woven together to create the smoothest bedsheets in the market. As a result, we’ve created the smoothest and coldest bedsheets, by process of blending.
What are blended sheets?
Blended sheets are a new breed of bedsheets that are broken down to it’s smallest fibers to ensure a smooth and silky texture upon being woven. This process creates the silkiest bedsheets in the industry.

Free gift exchanges will be charged at a flat rate of $40 and a courier will be arranged to facilitate the exchange. Note that the exchange has to be requested within 30 days of receiving your items to be eligible.

What does the warranty cover?
The Snow Limited Warranty for all Mattresses
Congratulations on your purchase of a Snow mattress. Snow is committed to providing superior product durability and quality so that you may achieve a healthful, comfortable rest. Snow does not expect you to experience any defect, but if you do, it is covered under the terms of this limited warranty. This limited warranty applies for (15) years from the original date of purchase or until transfer to another consumer (whichever is shorter), for all Snow mattresses sold new in Singapore by Snow. This limited warranty warrants against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials as described herein. If defective, Snow will either replace or repair the Snow mattress. Notwithstanding Snow’s commitment to service defects, such service may be conducted by third parties authorized by Snow, such as retailers. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is expressly limited as described herein.
EXPRESS LIMITATIONS:(1)ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITIED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY; (2) SNOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY MATTRESS, COVER, FOUNDATION, FRAME, PILLOW, TOP-OF-BED PRODUCT (SUCH AS COMFORTERS, SHEETS, MATTRESS PROTECTORS OR BLANKETS) OR ACCESSORY. REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR AS SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY; (3) THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE MATTRESS AND NOT TO ANY ACCESSORIES OR OTHER PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MATTRESS.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights.
THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF: (1) THE MATTRESS IS NOT USED FOR NORMAL IN-HOME, CONSUMER USE; (2) THE MATTRESS IS RESOLD OR DONATED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER; (3) THE PRODUCT IS USED OUTSIDE SINGAPORE (there may be a separate warranty for non-Singapore products, but be advised that it may not be from Snow); (4) THE MATTRESS IS USED BY A MEDICAL PATIENT; (5) IF THE MATTRESS IS NOT USED ON A FIRM, FLAT, NON-SPRING FOUNDATION OR FRAME (WHETHER NON-MOVING TYPE OR ADJUSTABLE TYPE) SUFFICIENTLY STRONG TO REMAIN FLAT AND FIRM UNDER THE WEIGHT OF THE MATTRESS AND ITS USERS, FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY ONWARD TO THE DATE OF THE WARRANTY CLAIM WITHOUT INTERRUPTION; (6) THE MATTRESS IS NOT USED BUT RATHER IS STORED (WHETHER LONG OR SHORT TERM) IN ANY ORIENTATION; (7) IF SNOW DETERMINES IN ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION THAT THE MATTRESS HAS BEEN DAMAGED, ABUSED, OR NEGLECTED; (8) IF THERE ARE LIENS OR ENCUMBRANCES AGAINST THE MATTRESS.

Contact information may change from time to time, and Snow’s then-current website may be consulted for latest contact information.
The law tags from the mattress must be intact for Snow or its third-party providers to process a warranty claim.
Snow will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s mattress if it is reasonably deemed by Snow to be defective according to the terms herein during the first (15) years since the original purchase. The warranty for any repaired or replaced mattress runs from the date of original purchase and not from the date of the replacement. Whether to repair or to replace the mattress shall be at Snow’s sole option. The cover is not part of the 15-year warranty and is separately addressed herein.
For the health and safety of those required to dispose of, or otherwise handle, the mattress, Snow or agents may refuse to inspect the mattress or assess whether it is covered by the warranty if there is evidence of damage, abuse, or neglect. In such a case, Snow reserves the right to deny warranty coverage. Photos may be requested to be sent via the internet or email to Snow. Snow may require you to provide proof of your consistent use of a sufficient foundation and frame since purchase of the mattress before this warranty will apply.
DO NOT REMOVE THE MATTRESS COVER IN ASSESSING THE CONDITION OF YOUR MATTRESS FOR PURPOSES OF THIS WARRANTY. THIS ACTION MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
During normal, properly supported use, a warranted defect only exists if: (i) the materials of construction develop a visible indentation in the mattress greater than one (1.00) inch compared to the surrounding mattress areas after full recovery from load, or (ii) if the materials of the mattress crack, split, or otherwise fail during normal use and normal handling which is in accordance with Snow’s care and use instructions for the mattress (available at Snowslumber.com ). The indentation must be of large enough width and length to be considered a body impression, and only applies to the mattress and not to settling of the cover fiber-fill materials.
Localized firmness changes are normal and are not covered under warranty. Comfort preferences are not covered under warranty. The mattress must be always covered in use, or the warranty is void (UV light degrades cushioning materials).
Damage, Abuse, Neglect
It shall be reasonable to determine that the mattress has been damaged, abused, or neglected if the following are present, without limitation: tears, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, folds, footprints, burns, cuts, or signs of jumping on the bed, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or blood or bodily fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.
Snow highly recommends the use of a very stretchy, breathable mattress protector because without such protection your mattress may not be clean enough or undamaged enough to have this warranty apply.

Please note that there will be a processing fee of 3.4% (credit card) and 5% (Grab/Atome) per line of item for any order cancellation/refund. This is due to payment processing fees.
External damaged to items will be taken into consideration for damage to products during refunds. (E.g Scratches, Spills, Stains)
There will be mandatory fees for disposals.
Our 120-day trial is only limited to first-time customers. It is only available one-time per delivery address, and one item per first-time customer. We require that you sleep on the mattress item(s) for a minimum of 30 days before initiating a return so that you give your body time to adjust to the material of our mattress as first-time customers.
At Snow Slumber, we reserve the final right to refuse refunds for our mattresses.
Can i exchange my mattress for another firmness/size?
Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to exchange their mattresses for another size after purchase. In the event that an exchange needs to take place, there will be a fee of $100 to facilitate exchanges and waiving off trial periods for 2nd mattress
This is because we do not sell mattresses once they are opened. Our mattresses are donated to charity.
Please consider mattress sizing before your purchase in order to avoid the fee.
